A commemorative bucket rummer drinking glass having wheel engraved decoration depicting the 1796 Wearmouth Bridge at Sunderland with a shippassing below, bearing a presentation inscription verso to a Mr Richard Welby from a Thomas Cooke Senior, January 20th 1840. Early 19th cent. 178mm tall.
